Is Sandra Bullock set to divorce Jesse James?

Sandra Bullock has returned to Hollywood, reportedly to begin the process of divorcing husband Jesse James after his alleged infidelity.

The Oscar-winner flew to Texas when news of her husband's affair with tattoo model Michelle 'Bombshell' McGee broke earlier this month.

Jesse has been accused of cheating on Sandra with up to four women. The first affair was revealed just days after Sandra won the best actress Oscar for her role in The Blind Side.

At the centre of the separation are the 40-year-old biker's three children whom Sandra adores.

However, her representatives told People magazine that she is not trying to adopt the kids: "There are no plans, nor have there ever been any plans, for Sandra Bullock to adopt any of Jesse James' children"

Jesse has announced that he is seeking professional help and has checked himself into a treatment facility.

His representatives say: "He realized that this time was crucial to help himself, help his family and help save his marriage."

Sandra’s fortune is estimated at about £200million and James has amassed about £70million from his West Coast Choppers bike company and reality TV shows Monster Garage and Metal Church.
