Is Online Radicalization On The Rise?

A recent study from the Anti-Defamation League showed that almost half of Americans surveyed experienced online hate or harassment in the past year. What is driving these alarming statistics? Who are the perpetrators? Is this linked to a rise in online radicalization to extremist causes?
