Blogging is a form of media, and as such is a way for people to express their views and opinions on a wide range of subjects. It certainly counts as a skill, as one can improve their blogging ability over time. Depending on the content, and method of which it is created, blogging may very well be considered an art form.

Blogs are a platform on which writers can weave words into stories readable by anyone and everyone with a connection to the Web. It's a chance for designers to create unique and awe-inspiring templates that become part of the overall personality of the content. It is what the user makes of it.

So, is blogging an art form? Can someone's blog be considered art?
