Irritable Bowels Syndrome

I have suffered from Irritable Bowel Syndrome for several years. I could not understand what was wrong with me. Finally, I could not stand the discomfort any more and went to see my GP. I did not even know what IBS was, all I knew was that I had continual indigestion and always felt so bloated, as though I was over-eating at every meal. My GP put me on various spasmodic drugs, they just seemed to keep the symptoms under control, but now and again it would flare up. After drinking the second bottle I could definitely feel an improvement and I am very pleased to say that now I do not have any symptoms. I can eat anything I like and it is fantastic to be able to take a completely natural product and not to have to take prescription drugs, which can produce awful side effects.
