Iran says nuclear talks constructive but yielded no progress

STORY: Iran's deputy foreign minister said on Friday that no progress had been made during talks with major powers to overcome their differences over Tehran's nuclear program.
"Negotiations will continue," Abbas Araqchi told reporters at the end of the fourth round of negotiations between Iran and the United States, France, Germany, Britain, China and Russia. "It doesn't mean we are disappointed, it doesn't mean that we have failed. No, we will continue our negotiations. This was the first round of real negotiations. In previous rounds of negotiations, we had only brainstorming sessions. The goal of this round was to draft an agreement. We feel that differences are still there and we should wait for the time when we can start drafting with the positions being closer together."
