Iran: Human error in shooting down Ukrainian plane
Description
Iran’s armed forces on Saturday issued a statement saying that they unintentionally launched a missile that shot down Ukraine International Airlines Flight 752 in Tehran on Jan 8.
The Iranian President and Foreign Minister had since apologised for the incident, saying that such errors would not be repeated.
