IPID launches a hotline

The Independent Police Investigative Directorate has launched a hotline. This is at the backdrop of numerous reports of police brutallity recently. The scourge seemed to be on the increase during the nationwide lockdown. IPID is urging people to report cases. To make this easier it's now launched a hotline. IPID's Ndileka Cola has the details.
