iPhone 6 Retarded Touch Command Screen Fixes

have had my iPhone 6 for about a year now. Sometime my iPhone will get all weird and will not response to my touch command. It gets all retarded and act like it has mind of it's own.
When this happens, I will notice that there is a blue outline around the screen. And this blue outline will move around and sometime it has a scanning like motion that move across the screen from side to side.
When this happens, the touch commnad becomes unrespondsive and the phone becomes inoperable. It is a frustration experience at least.
I think this is caused by having the phone in my back pocket and the " HOME " button gets press on too many times in one session.
Anyway, I figured out how to fix it.. and here is the solution for it.
