The vehicle in this video is not a metal spinning top, but a ‘Ziesel’. The Ziesel is an innovation from Mattro,</a> an Austrian electronics company. According to uploader Jan Dornig, it has two separately powered tracks which results in zero turn radius, and means you can keep spinning for as long as you like!
