Info from Licensor: "I drove north on Highway 71 when I got off at exit 155 street, I noticed the vehicle wasn't moving. I sat through a few stop lights until I got out and walked up to his vehicle and witnessed the driver passed out. My first thought was to call Belton police. After they finally got him out of the car that's when he was arrested for DUI."
