Ministri i Drejtësisë, Eduard Halimi, për here te pare ka deklaruar me rastin e 100-vjetorit te pavarësisë do tu falet dënimi rreth 250 te burgosurve. Ne emisionin "Intervista", ministri Halimi deklaroi se parlamenti do te miratoje një ligj te posaçëm ne mënyrë qe ne 28 nëntor te burgosurit te përfitojnë faljen e dënimit, ose uljen e tij sipas kategorive te caktuara. Sipas ministrit, te miturit, gratë mbi 55 vjeç dhe burrat mbi 60 vjeç do te jene përfituesit kryesore por ne asnjë rast nuk do te ketë ulje dënimi për ata qe kane kryer vrasje, përdhunime, korrupsion, apo krime te tjera te renda. Ministri Halimi ka konfirmuar qëndrimin e mazhorances se mandati i kryeprokurores Ina Rama mbaron ne nëntor, ne ditën e ditëlindjes se saj. Ndërkaq, ministri ka deklaruar se mazhoranca nuk ka hequr dore nga ndryshimet ne ligjin për SHISH te cilat i tentoi pa sukses ne vitin 2010. Halimi ka sqaruar se muajt e ardhshëm do te jene te rëndësishëm për sistemin e drejtësisë pasi do te lëvizin për shkak te riorganizimit ose masave disiplinore rreth 1/3 e gjyqtareve.
