In this edition of Interviews from Quito host Andy Sebastia talks with Diego Zorilla, resident coordinator for the United Nations in Ecuador. Sixteen different UN agencies are working in Ecuador and there is a framework agreement that functions as an umbrella encompassing all of their activities. The UN's work is alligned to national priorities and in conjunction with the Ecuadoran government's social programs such as the National Plan for Good Living. teleSUR
