Interview with Philippa Day from Sidbad productions

Sindbad Production is a production house based in Tunis, North Africa in 2001.
They provide a large range of services for international film, television and multimedia companies working in Tunisia and tailor their work to the requirements of their clients.
They also make their own productions for screening nationally and internationally.
Tunisia has been chosen as an ideal destination for filmmakers from all over the world due to its unique locations, excellent crews and proximity to Europe.

Philippa Day:
Philippa started her career working for production companies in London on large projects for the BBC and Channel 4 such as Masterchef and major dramas and documentaries. She settled in Tunisia in 1994 and worked as an AD and assistant editor and subsequently spent six years as Production Coordinator on many projects filmed here in Tunisia, such as the two Star Wars prequels, and many others. In 2001 she created Sindbad with her husband Moez and they have since provided services to companies from all over the world (USA, UK, France, Australia, India, South Korea, Spain, Holland…) Over her 20 years of working in Tunisia she has an unparalleled network of contacts all over the country that she is only too pleased to share with their clients.
