Interesting Pedestrian Interaction on Highway

Info from Licensor: I saw a man standing in the middle of the road at 1 am waving his hands and I didn’t know what he was doing so I just started recording and as I got closer he yells "hit me" and tries to run in front of my car and when I go around him he screams "FUCK YOU" and when I stop my car he then screams "DO SOMETHING" and I just sit there watching him and it’s hard to see on video but it looked like he was reaching for a knife or some kind of weapon in his waistband. He started approaching my car and I did a burnout in front of him and left. It was really weird. This same guy actually jumped out in front of my friend on a different day as well.
