In Germany, a heated debate over integration and immigration has dominated the media and public discussion in recent weeks. But multiculturalism has long been a reality in many communities around the country. In Cologne, one in three residents has foreign roots.At one small PR company in Cologne, 11 of the 16 employees have a foreign background. The company says it benefits from that diversity – because many of its customers are also international. Report by Marion Hütter.
