Integrated Health Care Is Seen As A Possible Solution To The Growing Demand For Improved Patient Experience And Health Outcomes.This Model Was Piloted At The Merternal Neonatal Child Health, TB, And Hiv Clinics With An Aim To Optimize Care And Management Of The Most Vulnerable Populations, Who Are Likely To Get A Severe Form Of The Coronavirus And/Or Mortality.
