As the US completes its combat troop drawdown from Iraq, domestic security forces are put to the test.
A suicide attack against army recruits on Tuesday, in which 63 pople were killed, raised concerns about the Iraqi security forces' ability to take care of its own, let alone the safety of ordinary Iraqis. Are Iraqi security forces up to the job? What is their security strategy, if there is one at all?
