Description
Frank Lloyd Wright's 1920s Hollyhock House is, like Los Angeles itself, a monument to cultural syncretism and far-flung influences. It is strikingly modern yet inspired by ancient Amerindian temples and the Spanish hacienda courtyard. While most of the building is open to the public, Condé Nast Traveler was given an exclusive look at some of its off-limits areas.
