Explanation:

while you jog... hit the ball with the
inside of your dominant foot in
direction to your other foot, then hit
it back to you dominant foot and so on...

TIP :

this exercise will help you improve your
ball control with the inside of both of
your feet.

remember! it´s worth performing the
exercise slowly and correct... rather than fast and wrong.
