A visit to a friend’s house revealed a terrifying rat infestation.
Jeff Groover from California, USA filmed after walking into a home overwhelmed by rats and the intense smell of ammonia.
The floors and surfaces were covered in waste, forcing him to cover his face while researching the serious diseases rats can carry.
His friend had previously woken up with a rat on his chest and was bitten on the nose and hand, later developing a severe infection that nearly cost him his hand.
Jeff said: “He’s a good guy that just made some possible fatal choices by not exterminating those things right away.”
