Description

The civil justice system is an equal opportunity injury system. People don’t want to be hurt. Families didn’t ask to have a famiy member killed by a wrongful act. So, we’ll represent people who may economically be in good financial condition, and we represent people who are typical working-class people. We will represent anyone we feel has been wronged and has a case. If you believe that there was a violation of a rule or standard that caused you or family member harm, this is the system we have to restore the losses, and there isn’t any better system than our jury system.
