Infant Tumbles Into Storm Drain

Imagine being the parents of this infant who fell into a storm drain after tumbling out of her stroller. Rightfully in a panic, her parents were unsure of how to rescue her from this dangerous situation in Argentina. Thank goodness for bystander Blas Carabajal, because he found an entrance into the drain and rescued their little girl. Miraculously, she was uninjured.
