Industry says Beetaloo Basin could be gas solution

Farmers, aboriginal traditional owners, and analysts are questioning the gas industry's assertion that the Northern Territory's Beetaloo basin should be developed because it could provide a solution to Australia’s energy crisis. Some in industry are saying the basin could be ready to start production next year, but others are forecasting it could take up to seven years if it proves viable.
