And now in the 21st century, an Indian is the world's best chess player, winning the title for the fifth time.

Vishwanathan Anand beat Israeli Boris Gelfand in Moscow to retain his title.

After they tied playing 12 games, it all came down to four rapid games, as Tarek Bazley reports.
