India turning a soft state for terrorists?
Description
Crowded locality, peak hour movement, from explosive in a parked vehicle to IEDs tell tale signs of Indian Mujahideen (IM) hand and a chilling similarity between Hyderabad and Bangalore blast. Hyderbabad's Dilsukh Nagar was witness to a terror attack in February this year and tragically it wasn't the first time the locality was witness to a terror attack having been targeted in 2008.
