India's navy chief quits
Description
Two officers were missing and seven treated in hospital after smoke filled parts of an Indian navy submarine.
No details have been given about the cause of the problem aboard the INS Sinduratna early on Wednesday.
It's the latest in a series of accidents to hit the Indian navy.
The country's defence minister says he's accepted the resignation of the Navy chief.
