India News : Chamoli has been affected by heavy rains and reports say that a cloud has burst in Chamoli which has resulted in a lot of destruction in Urgam ghati. Village people are staying in schools now. Dozens of houses have been destroyed along with cowsheds. Rescue operations have started.
