India News: CAG shocks Nitish Kumar

India News: CAG has reported against Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar and has said that the minister, even though talks about progress, has spend most of the money he got for development in his election campaign. They said that they have found that the committee who was ordered to do the work were incapabale to do so.
