Incredible gift by paralysed man
Description
A paralysed man has given up his dreams of ever walking again - to help a young lad fund pioneering surgery that could help him take his first steps unaided. Generous Dan Black, 25, gave a massive £20,000 - the sum of all the fundraising endeavours of his family and friends - to five-year-old Brecon Vaughan, who desperate to be able to walk. Brecon is over the moon that stranger Dan gave him a third of the £60,000 he needs to pay for an op that would help his debilitating medical condition. Young Brecon, who suffers from rare spastic diplegia cerebral palsy, has to use a specially-designed walking frame as he suffers terribly with stiffness in his legs, as well as poor balance and coordination.
