No one ever asked me to save the world
And how could they ask me, while I was out alone in the cold.
No one ever asked me why was I alone all along
For life to me, was nothing but a written song.
No one ever asked me why
Why do I always have to try?
Try so hard, yet always fail
Fail to reach my half way trail.
No one ever asked me if I could stay
Stay and watch my life fade away.
No one ever asked me what I did wrong
Which kept the pain in me for so long?
I have this feeling, and I have it strong
That this is not the place where I belong
Yet, no one ever asked me, and why would they do?
Why would they care for what I went through?
For through hell I went, and there I stayed
With unlimited wounds, in my heart I prayed
I prayed for happiness, that I’ve never seen
And that I would use, for all the times I've been
And live my life, with every air
But no one ever asked me, and why would they care?
