Impeachment trial cannot start even in special session--Chiz

Even if the two houses of Congress agree to convene for a special session, Senate President Francis "Chiz" Escudero said on Saturday, Feb. 8 that the impeachment trial for Vice President Sara Duterte still cannot proceed.
