Immunity-Boosting Juice | Danielle Hayley

It’s that time of year where everyone seems to catch a cold! The beautiful Danielle Hayley shares with us her spicy orange and sweet potato juice recipe that will help boost your immune system through the winter months. Feeling under the weather? Give this a go!

Danielle’s recipe
Juice together the following ingredients:
· 1 1/2 oranges (do not juice the skin)
· 1 inch of fresh ginger
· 1/2 lemon (do not juice the skin)
· 2 carrots
· 1/2 sweet potato

Then add 1/2 teaspoon of fresh or ground turmeric (do not put into the juicer) and 1-2 teaspoons of maple syrup depending on how sweet you’d like it. Whisk together the ingredients and enjoy!
