IMAN is a British singer and songwriter. She began her music career writing for major international acts, working with artists under labels such as Sony BMG, Polydor, Warner Music and Virgin EMI.

Establishing herself in the industry as both a talented vocalist, and a prolific songwriter, many of the records she has worked on have made the official charts, and been certified multi-platinum and gold in countries around the World.

With an authentic British edge and distinctive, soulful vocals, IMAN has proven her talent as a strong live performer at festivals including Radio 1’s Hackney Weekend and the Isle of Wight Festival where she was invited to tour with Rudimental, performing material she had written for the band. She has also written and recorded with Ed Sheeran and Mike Dean (Kanye West, Jay Z, 2Pac, Frank Ocean)

Music journalists have described IMAN's own music as a ‘force of nature that might be unstoppable‘('IX Daily'), claiming 'the UK has a new vocal powerhouse’('The Most Radicalist'). Cultural magazine 'The 405', recently declared ‘IMAN's certainly setting the bar high for herself, and with her latest offering, it's clear she can exceed it.’ The MOBO AWARDS described her single 'Naive' as a ''dreamy, ambient number with emotive vocals’’. IMAN most recently secured 'Record of the Day' as well as an endorsement from leading female retailer 'MISSGUIDED', with Clash Magazine describing IMAN as 'Supreme pop talent'.
