IGP: Jho Low has left Macau
Description
Fugitive businessperson Low Taek Jho has left Macau for an unknown destination, inspector-general of police Mohamad Fuzi Harun confirmed today in a press conference at Bukit Aman.
According to Fuzi, police received an email from their Macau counterparts two days ago, which stated that the businessperson in connection with the 1MDB scandal had left the autonomous territory.
However, he added, Macau police did not disclose the date of Low leaving the country.
