Description
Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar believes abuse is evident in the 'snake in pit' case, which saw a python thrown into a mud pool during a Civil Defence Force team-building programme for primary school students in Kuala Kangsar recently. The top cop is also urging the person who shot the two minute 50 second viral video of the incident to come forward to assist in investigations.
