IDF chief cautious on Iran

IDF chief Benny Gantz has taken a cautious approach to the issue of Iran. His language is far from the dramatic rhetoric of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and is usually free of the Holocaust comparisons of which Israeli politicians are so fond. Gantz said this was a critical year, but that the problem did not necessarily stop on December 31, 2012. He added that we were closer to the end of the discussions than the middle.
