I Am A (Edit) - Yo Yo Static & The Shockettes

This is the winning video from the 2 Weeks 2 Make It 2009 filmmaking competition organized by the South Yorkshire Filmmaker's Network and part funded by Screen Yorkshire.

The Sheffield Star newspaper is having a readers' vote competition, closing date this Friday 29th May 10am.

The competition randomly pairs up bands and filmmaking teams with only 2 weeks to make a music video from scratch. Electric Chaos is a filmmaking team put together for the project. The team is Richard Bolam, Matt Lewis and Jacqui Bellamy aka Pixelwitch. We decided to do an animated video (how hard can it be?) that reflected the eclectic musical influences and the unusually broad range of ages and cultures in the band.

We won the judges' prize of £1,000 towards the production budget of a music video with a signed artist (tbc).
