Comical footage shared by Eric Doran shows a man cleaning a footpath; the only problem is that he is doing so in HEAVY RAIN!

"Only in Dublin will you see a man washing the footpath in the middle of a strong storm," the filmer commented.

For those unaware, various parts of the UK and Ireland were recently shaken up by Storm Barra, which not only spawned heavy rain but severe winds and snow as well.
