Hub Step-Ups

Description
Programmed some Step-Ups into a routine for a client and decided to have some fun. Hub lifted a 45lb in each each before doing a single Step-Up followed by 5 more w/o the plates. My focus was on Upper Hamstrings, so l went with a taller platform, purposely landing on the HEEL and continuing to drive through the heel throughout. On ALL my lifts, l tend to go for a more ROM since it builds mobility as it precludes me from going too heavy. Looks like fun, doesn't it?
