#### 1. **Getting Started**
- **Sign In:**

- **Set Up Your Email Account:**
- Follow the prompts to add your email account. Outlook supports various email providers, including Outlook.com, Gmail, Yahoo, and more.
#### 2. **Navigating the Interface**
- **Main Interface Components:**
- **Ribbon:** The top bar containing tabs and commands.
- **Navigation Pane:** The left side panel for accessing Mail, Calendar, People, and Tasks.
- **Message List:** The central area displaying your emails.
- **Reading Pane:** The right panel where you read emails.
#### 3. **Basic Email Functions**
- **Composing an Email:**
- Click the **New Email** button in the top left corner.
- Fill in the recipient’s email address, subject line, and your message.

- Navigate through dates using the arrows next to the current date.

- Fill in the contact’s details, such as name, email, phone number, and address.
- Save the contact to add it to your address book.

- Click the **Tasks** or **To-Do** icon in the navigation pane.
