How to tie the KD rig

Named after Kenny Dorset, this simple rig is a classic example of a subtle tweak making a huge difference. For decades the standard knotless knot has presented baits in a straight line off the hook, but this creation flips that practice on its head and hangs the bait off the hook in the opposite direction. The result is a fearsome claw-like hooking angle that has outfoxed many carp.
