How to Test Binoculars for Waterproofing

Leica sent us a Noctivid 8x42 binocular so we could test just how waterproof that model is. So, I used it as a pool toy for much of the summer. Throwing it into the water, diving for it, and leaving it submerged for hours. The binocular came through it all good as new. You can can take this optic anywhere, in any conditions.
