How to stop procrastinating

Emily Beardsmore and me in conversation about all things procrastination! Emily is a former Chair of the British Youth Council (BYC) and I coached Emily during her time in this role, at the same time as she was also holding down a part time paid job with the British Red Cross and studying for a full time degree. So she knows a thing or two about being productive, but like most of us, she also knows a thing or two about procrastination too! One of the biggest issues that comes up on Time Management Training is procrastination – what it is, how to avoid it and whether it can also be a force for good.
