STEW LAMB SHANK
--------------------------------

1 Lamb Shank
1 tablsp soya sauce
2 tablsp oyster sauce
1 teasp dark soya sauce
5 shallot (sliced)
2 bombay onions ( cut into wedges)
1 big carrot (cut into chunks)
2 medium potatoes (cut into chunks)
2 bay leaves
1 little bit of thyme.

METHOD
--------------
1. Scald the lamb shank in hot water for 5 min.
Then marinate with 2 tablsp soya sauce & oyster sauce.

2. Put all ingredients into pressure cooker & add 2 cups
water. Then turn the stoveto medium heat.

3. When the whistle sounds. turn the heat down to low.

4. Let it cook in the pressure cooker for 30-35 mins.

5. After 35 mins, turn off the heat and wait until the
safety valve goes down completely before opening.

6. Ready to serve with hot rice.

Delicious and easy.
