8 glasses of water is a myth
Yes, if you are someone out in the sun, sweating during a long jog, or out on a sunny day. You need to drink more than 8 glasses
1 - Do not wait till you are thirsty! By then you are dehydrated
Drink a glass every hour!
2- Break the thirst with water-rich fruits such as

3 - Have water before meals!
