How to save & restore 'The Good Life' manually

It's probably safe to edit the amount of money but i have no need to do it yet. This might be similar to how Federal Reserve does the QEs by simply altering figures in the bank records; voila! instant wealth for them to buy-up land while instant inflation for the rest of us.
