In this video, Coach Bob shares several helpful tips for learning to ride a unicycle. You will learn an easy way to mount (get on) a unicycle. You will also learn proper unicycle posture, the importance of continuous pedaling, how to use your arms for balance, the physics of unicycling, the value of varying mistakes and the power of mental visualizations. This video was created by Bob Evans for the 2011 IJA Video Tutorial Contest. Also featured in the video are Trish Evans (Bob’s wife) and Ty Evans (Bob’s nephew).
