Saying that you don't like something simply because "it sucks" doesn't help whoever makes the thing that you don't like. Without offering some kind of constructive criticism, there's no way they can know why you don't like their service or product or app or program or broadcast... or whatever, and they can't even begin to try and improve it — which, at the end of the day, doesn't help you, either. Here's how to leave a review that can get positive results instead of just bumming out some hard-working developer.
