How To Replace A Electric Window Regulator

In this video you will learn how to replace a electric window regulator. I am working on a 2000 Nissan Altima but this method can be applied to many vehicles from late 80's well into 2010.

You will see the tools I use to remove the door panel so that I can access the actual electric window regulator. I removed a screw at the door handle in this video, this screw didn't actually have to be removed. I had just recently took off a door panel on a older Toyota truck that did require that screw to be removed and I guess it was still on my mind.

You will want to use plastic door trim removal tools for the best results. However, some door panels snap so tight to the door frame that you might need a putty knife to slide in between the door panel and door frame. Just be cautious not to scar the plastic or the paint on the inner door.
