How to Record your Computer Screen with Microsoft PowerPoint 2016?

Step 1: Open your PowerPoint, and then open your presentation.

Step 2: Select the slide where you want to have your recorded video.

Step 3: Click on 'Insert' tab, and then click on 'Screen Recording.'

Step 4: Now, A Dock will appear, click on 'Record' button to start recording.

Step 5: To pause recording press 'windows logo key + shift + q' key on keyboard to stop recording.

Step 6: Now, you can see the recorded video in your slide, you can resize it or place it anywhere on slide.

Step 7: To edit, right click on video. you will get various options like style, trim and record.

Step 8: Click on 'File,' and then click on 'save' to save your presentation.
